| 摘 要： | 利用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱法测定化妆品及其原料中1，4-二噁烷，对气液平衡温度、萃取时间进行了探讨。校正曲线在0．2μg／mL～30．0μg／mL内呈线性关系，相关系数大于0．996，相对标准偏差小于7．60％，回收率为88．0％～93．7％，应用于化妆品及其原料中1，4-二噁烷的检测，结果基本满意。
