| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱测定化妆品中6种四环素类抗生素(盐酸美满霉素、二水土霉素、盐酸四环素、盐酸金霉素、盐酸多西环素、氯霉素)。结果表明,在ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱上,以乙腈、甲醇和10 mmol/L三氟乙酸作为流动相,检测波长268 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,可以较好的分离和测定化妆品中6种四环素类抗生素。该方法检测出的6种四环素类抗生素的相对标准偏差为0.22%～2.1%,回收率为90%～99%。

| Abstract: | A HPLC method was established for simultaneous determination of six tetracycline antibiotics,namely minocycline hydrochloride,di-hydrated oxytetracycline,tetracycline hydrochloride,chlortetracycline hydrochloride,doxycline hydrochloride and chloramphenicol,in cosmetics on a ZORBAX SB-C_(18) (4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) column using acetonitrile,methanol and 10 mmol/L trifluoroacetic acid as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min ,with column temperature 30 ℃ and detection wavelength 268 nm.Recoveries of the six tetracycline antibiotics are ranged from 90% to 99% with RSD of 0.22%～2.1%. |
