摘    要:建立了化妆品中限用有机合成着色剂颜料红49的高效液相色谱/二极管阵列检测器检测方法.色谱柱采用C18反相柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为V(10 mmol/L的四甲基氢氧化铵水溶液(醋酸调pH =7))∶V(甲醇)=30∶70的混合溶液,等度洗脱,检测波长为494 nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0 mL/min,以保留时间定性,外标法定量.结果表明,在此条件下颜料红49在1 ~ 600 μg/mL范围内与其相应的峰面积呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.2μg/mL,回收率为90.94% ~ 101.05%.

Abstract:A quantitative detection method for determination of Pigment Red 49,a synthetic organic colorant for limited use in cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography with diode array detector was established.The method was performed on a reversed C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) using isocratic elution with a mobile phase consisted of 30%(volume fraction) of 10 mmol/L aqueous tetramethylammonium hydroxide(pH=7,adjusted by acetic acid) and 70%(volume fraction) of methanol.The detection was carried out at the wavelength of 494 nm,and the column temperature was 30 ℃ while the flow rate of the mobile phase was 1.0 mL/min.Under the optimal chromatographic conditions established,Pigment Red 49 was analyzed qualitatively based on its retention time while the quantitative analysis was carried out by external standard method.The calibration plot of peak area versus concentration showed good linearity between 1 and 600 μg/mL of Pigment Red 49 and the limit of detection was 0.2 μg/mL.The average recoveries of Pigment Red 49 spiked in different types of cosmetics ranged from 90.94% to 101.05%.
