环氧沥青材料的制备及其性能研究

摘    要:对合成的增容剂进行红外表征,得到增容剂含有预期的酯基和环氧基.将不同配比的环氧树脂,沥青,增容剂以及适量的固化剂和硫化剂高速剪切混合均匀,制备环氧沥青结合料.通过电镜观察环氧沥青材料中环氧树脂均匀的分布于沥青体系中,没有发生分层现象.对环氧沥青材料进行针入度和铅笔硬度的性能测试来确定环氧沥青结合料中最佳配方.

Abstract:The epoxy asphalt compatibilizer was prepared to produce epoxy asphalt material.It proved that the compatibilizer contained ester group and epoxy group by FTIR spectra.Different rates of epoxy resin,asphalt,compatibilizer and appropriate curing and vulcanizator were mixed to get epoxy asphalt blents.After checking by SEM photograph,it was found that epoxy resin was well distributed among asphalt system.The best rate of epoxy asphalt material was finally confirmed by asphalt penetration and pencil hardness t...
