测量审核食品样品中铅含量的不确定度评估

摘    要:对测量审核样品中铅含量测定结果的不确定度进行了评估。根据分析方法,建立了原子吸收光谱法测定食品中铅含量的数学模型,对各不确定度分量进行合成,最终得到铅含量的扩展不确定度。结果表明:结果表明影响测量不确定度的主要因素是标准曲线的线性回归和测量重复性带来的不确定度,其它因素所带来的不确定度都是次要的。在测量时,对其进行严格全面的控制,从而提高测量结果的准确性。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the uncertainty of the results, the lead of the samples were measured and audited. According to the analysis, the corresponding mathematical model with using atomic absorption spectrometry was established to determination of lead in the food. Uncertainty of each component synthesis, the expanded uncertainty of lead content was ultimately found out. The results showed that the major influential factors which resulted in the uncertainty of the measurement were caused by the uncertainty of the standard curve linear regression and measurement repeatability, by other factors brought uncertainty caused were secondary. The control on the standard curve should be strengthened to improve the accuracy of determination.
