摘    要:调查了瓯江口春季大小潮汛涨落潮时段共8个航次的表层水质指标,表层水溶解氧指标为研究目标,结合相关理化参数,研究了影响瓯江口区域主要环境因子,为该区域的环境保护措施办法提供参考。研究认为:(1)溶解氧的饱和度从外海向内河有减小的趋势,其形态受灵霓大堤、岛屿、堤坝的影响较大,瓯江北支为主要航道,水交换条件较好,瓯江南支水交换不畅,形成了局部低饱和区。总体而言,区域溶解氧饱和度范围从0.94~0.65,最低值出现在灵昆岛西南部,最高值分布在外海,处于近饱和状态;(2)溶解氧与其他水质参数的相关性,可以看到其与COD的负相关性最为明显,与叶绿素的含量呈正相关,与浮游生物也有显示正相关性;(3)瓯江口总体水质一般,总体水质为国家2类水体。

Abstract:The surface water quality indicators of Oujiang River estuary eight cruises tidal fluctuations in spring were investigated , surface water dissolved oxygen indicators research objectives , combined with relevant physical and chemical parameters, the influence of the main factors of the estuary region , the region;s environmental protection measures and methods to provide a reference.Some conclusions were that the saturation of do turn lower from the sea to the estuary and is depended on hydrological dynamic conditions controlled by Ni -Ling dam and islands , between 0.94 to 0.65.The saturation was positive correlation with chlorophyll and plankton , opposite with COD significantly.The low saturation of Do was showed in south shore Oujiang River which may be due to industrial wastewater.All water quality factors were not bad to second class seawater of the national standard , but inorganic nitrogen , inorganic nitrogen data showed that it was controlled under flood and ebb tide , chemical oxygen demand and spring tide and low tide keeps correlation significantly.
