白鲜碱及其衍生物的研究进展

摘    要:白鲜碱是一种具有多种生物活性的天然产物,可以从多种植物中分离得到,也可以人工合成获得。在自然界中存在着具有与白鲜碱结构相类似的生物碱,人们对这类生物碱进行结构修饰和改造,得到了一些具有良好生物活性的衍生物。本文对白鲜碱及其衍生物的研究进展进行综述,并对白鲜碱及其衍生物的研发前景进行了展望。

Abstract:Dictamnine was a kind of natural product with many kinds of biological activity.It can be extracted from a lot of plants,and can also be artificially synthesized to obtain.There were some alkaloids whose structures were similar to dictamnine in nature,and several dictamnine derivatives with good biological activity were synthesized by structure modification.In this paper,research progress of dictamnine and its derivatives were summarized.And the future of its research and development were looked forward.
