摘    要:以己二胺为扩链剂、三甲胺为阳离子化试剂,通过顺序投料的方式对聚环氧氯丙烷(PECH)进行先扩链、后阳离子化改性,制得了一类主链含有醚键、侧基带有季铵基团的高分子絮凝剂-聚环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵(PECHA)。并进一步考察了原料的投料比以及反应条件对产物性能的影响,发现:当n(聚环氧氯丙烷):n(己二胺):n(三甲胺)为2:11:65时可获得水溶性好且相对粘度较大的产品,该产品净化污水的能力优于聚丙烯酰胺类的阳离子絮凝剂。

Abstract:The synthesis of polymeric flocculant(PECHA),which includes ether bond in the main chain of polymer and the base group of quaternary ammonium in the side chain of polymer was presented in this paper.When the proportion of n(polyepichlorohydrin)/n(hexanediamine)/n(trimethylamine) was 2:11:65,good water solubility and great viscosity were got.The capability of sewage treatment of PECHA was better than the species of cationic flocculant of polyacrylamide.
