| 摘 要： | 介绍了X射线荧光光谱检测铝土矿石中Al2 O3和SiO2的方法，运用测量不确定度评定与表示理论，对X射线荧光光谱法测定铝土矿石中Al2 O3和Si02的不确定度进行分析评定，并建立了相关数学模型，为其他元素的测量不确定度评定提供了经验借鉴。

| Abstract: | The method of determination of Al 2 O3 and Si02 in bauxite by X -ray fluorescence spectrometry （ XRF） was introduced.The uncertainty in analysis results was evaluated according to the application of the evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement.The mathematical model of uncertainty expression was also established , and evaluation of the uncertainty offered a useful experience for uncertainty assessment of other elements. |
