印染废水处理传统工艺与新兴技术

摘    要:在剖析印染水质特征的基础上,综述了印染废水处理的传统工艺和典型新兴技术。分别阐述了传统工艺中的吸附法、混凝法、膜分离法、电化学法、光催化氧化法、化学氧化法、好氧生物法、厌氧生物法以及典型新兴技术中的超声波法、临界水氧化法、湿式氧化法、生物强化法、固定化微生物技术。分析了各方法优缺点并展望了未来技术的发展趋势。

Abstract:Based on analysis of the characteristics of the printing and dyeing wastewater,some traditional processes and new technologies were summaried.The traditional processes included adsorption,coagulation,electrochemistry,photocatalytic oxidation,chemical oxidation,aerobic biotechnolog,and anaerobic biotechnology,and the new technologies included ultrasonic waves,supercritical water oxidation,wet oxidation process and bio-augmented and immobilized.In addition,the advantages and disadvantages of each method were analyzed and the development prospects for technologies for printing and dyeing wastewater treatment were also foretelled.
