摘    要:采用pH=6.0的NaAc-HAc缓冲液直接提取化妆品中氟喹诺酮类(氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星和环丙沙星)抗生素,建立反相高效液相色谱同时测定化妆品中氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星和环丙沙星的方法。以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以0.05 mol/L柠檬酸与1.0 mol/L醋酸铵(77∶1,用三乙胺调节pH至4.0)混合液——乙腈(85∶15)为流动相,检测波长为280 nm的条件下进行测定。结果表明氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星和环丙沙星的响应线性良好,回收率高。

Abstract:A HPLC method was established for the assay of fluoroqronolone antibiotics(ofloxacin,norfloxacin and ciprofloxacin),which were extracted directly with the buffer of NaAc-HAc(pH 6.0)in cosmetics.The sample was analyzed on C18 with the buffer-acetonitrile(85:15),which was consisted of 0.05 mol/L citric acid-acetic ammonium(77:1) and adjusting to pH 4.0 with triethanolamine,as the mobile phase and 280 nm as the detection wavelength.This method was proved to be highly effective and practicable.
