微波辐射硫酸铁铵催化合成乙酸正丁酯的研究

摘    要:以硫酸铁铵为催化剂,采用微波辐射的方法催化合成乙酸正丁酯。讨论了微波辐射的功率、反应时间、酸醇摩尔比、催化剂的用量以及分水因素对酯化反应的影响。通过单因素实验确定合成乙酸正丁酯的最佳反应条件为:微波辐射功率为240W,辐射时间为15min,催化剂用量为1.3g,酸醇比为1.2:1.0,酯化率为98.2%。本方法具有反应时间短、反应条件温和、后处理简单且环保无污染等特点。

Abstract:N-butyl acetate was synthesized by using ammonium ferric sulfate dodecahydrate as catalyst with microwave irradiation method.The influences of the power of microwave radiation,reaction time,mole ratio of glacial acetic acid to n-butanol,a mount of catalyst and the water diversion on esterfication were discussed and the optimum processing condition was found.The optimum condition of the synthesis of n-butyl acetate which was decided by single-factor experiments as fowllows: power of microwave radiation 240 W...
