不对称酰胺基卟啉的合成及表征

摘    要:通过5-(4-氨基)苯基-10,152,0-三苯基卟啉(MATPP)与3-氰基苯甲酸在CH2Cl2中直接反应得到一种新型不对称酰胺基卟啉配体5-(4-3-氰基苯甲酸酰亚胺基)苯基-101,5,20-三苯基卟啉配体(CBTPPH2),利用紫外-可见光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、质谱、元素分析等测试方法对化合物的结构加以确认。

Abstract:An unsymmetrical imide porphyrin ligand,5-(4-cyanogenicimidephenyl) phenyl-10,15,20-triphenyl porphyrin(CBTPPH2) were synthesized by the reaction of the cyanogenic benzyl acid and 5-(4-aminophenyl)-10,15,20-triphenylporphyrin(MATPP) in CH2Cl2.The CBTPPH2 was characterized by means of UV-Vis spectra,mass spectra,elemental analyses,IR spectra and 1H NMR spectra.
