摘    要:通过汽车涂装风机设备在调试过程中所遇到的问题,结合现场情况,从整个设备的设计图、安装、调试以及工作环境等进行问题分析、排查,分析问题原因并提出相应解决方法和步骤,找出可能存在的问题,直到最终解决问题。

Abstract:Using bismuth reagent I (DMTD) as modifiers, 732 caption resin as modified material, modified resin with selective adsorption of heavy metal ions was prepared. Static experiments showed that the adsorption optimal conditions of modified resin in solution on Cd2 + were that temperature was , the initial concentration of Cd2+ was 7.5 rag/L, the pH was 7 - 10, the equilibrium adsorption time was 30 min, and the maximum adsorption capacity for 37. 80 mg/g. When resin regeneration recvclin for 4 times, the adsorption efficiency can reach to 96%.
