| 摘 要： | 硫铁矿制酸装置净化流程改造的相关情况，以及改造前后的运行指标对比。改造后的运行表明，净化流程采用板式换热器具有显著的优点，换热效果好，系统阻力小，能耗明显降低，还有利于装置的生产管理。同时采用循环槽两级沉降的方式可以实现净化稀酸的净化，满足生产要求，值得同行借鉴。

| Abstract: | Associated pyrite transformation process purification sulphuric acid plant, before and after the transformation of operation index were compared. It showed that the improved operation, purification process using heat exchanger had significant advantages, good heat exchange effect, and small system resistance, significantly reduced energy consumption, but also to the production management device. At the same time, by way of circular groove two settlements can achieve purify dilute acid purification and meet the requirements of production, which was worthy of reference. |
