| 摘 要： | 采用聚丙烯(PP)为基础树脂，POE为增韧剂，滑石粉为增强填料，制得性能符合要求的汽车保险杠专用料。研究了POE和填料的添加量对共混材料性能的影响。当PP／POE／滑石粉质量比为某一适当比时，制得的共混料完全可以满足汽车保险杠的性能要求。

| Abstract: | Special compounds for automobile bumper we re prepared with PP as matr ix material, POE as toughening agent and ta lc as strengthening agent, and the pro perty of the compound could meet the need fo r the application. The effects of PO E and filler on the properties of the compou nd were studied. Thermal performance and rheological properties were discussed . When the compounding ratio of PP/POE /talc was reasonable,the property of the p repared compou nd could meet the need for the application to automobile bumper. |
