摘    要:制备了成核回收PET及其玻璃纤维复合材料,研究了成核回收PET及其玻璃纤维复合材料的结晶与熔融行为、力学性能和加工性能。结果表明,无论是有机羧酸盐成核剂还是无机成核剂都使回收PET的冷结晶温度逐渐降低,热结晶温度逐渐提高。PBT作为PET结晶促进剂,降低回收PET的冷结晶温度,提高热结晶温度。成核回收PET复合材料的力学性能提高,加工性能改善,成型周期缩短。

Abstract:Recycled PET, composites were prepared. The c which was nucleated by nucleating agents and accelerator, and its glass reinforced rystallization, melting behavior, mechanical properties, and processability of the recycled PET and its composite were studied. The results indicated that both the organic carboxylic ester and inorganic nucleating agents could decrease the cooling crystallization temperature and increase the melt crystallization temperature of PET gradually. As accelerator for PET, PBT could decrease the cooling crystallization temperature and increase the melt crystallization temperature of recycled PET. The recycled PET composite had good mechanical properties, better processability and shorter processing cycle.
