苯乙烯与蒙脱土的接枝反应

摘    要:本文研究偶联剂KH-570对蒙脱土的偶联作用,得到偶联后的产物Mt-k,在水溶液中,以聚乙烯醇作分散剂、苯乙烯作单休、过氧化苯甲酰作引发剂、利用悬浮聚合接枝的方法,把苯乙烯引发接枝聚合到Mt-k的表面,制得接枝率为23%的苯乙烯接枝蒙脱土产物Mt-k-g-St;研究偶联剂与蒙脱土的偶联情况、和反应条件对苯乙烯接枝蒙脱土的接枝率的影响,并用IR和DSC对接枝产物加以表征。

Abstract:This paper is a study of the coupling effect of coupling agent KH-570 on montmorillonite,which involves producing Mt-k.With polyvinyl alcohol as dispersing agent,styrene as monomer and benzoyl peroxide as initiator in the water solution,Mt-k-g-st,grafted matter of styrene and montmorillonite,could be made by means of suspended grafting,in which styrene is initiated and grafted onto the surface of Mt-k.Our study focuses on the coupling conditions of coupling agent with montmorillonite and the effect of reacting condition on the grafting ratio of styrene grafting montmorillonite.Besides,the grafted matter is further verified with IR and DSC.
