摘    要:介绍了在中文版Pro/EngineerWildfire平台下利用Pro/Toolkit开发工具在Visual C++6.0环境中进行二次开发的关键技术,实现了齿轮注塑模CAD系统中齿轮塑件、齿轮注塑模凸、凹模以及模架的三维造型图的快速自动生成,并且给出了详细设计步骤和实现方法。该系统界面友好,操作方便简洁,降低了Pro/E软件的使用难度,减少了模具设计的工作量,大大提高了注塑模的设计效率,具有较大的使用价值。

Abstract:The key technology and methods for developing Pro/EngineerWildfire by means of Pro/Toolkit and Visual C++6.0 are described in detail.The gear injection mold CAD system for the convex and concave molds,and the automatical and quick 3D formation of the mold carrier was developed successfully,and the detailed design steps and methods were given.The system was interface- friendly,convenient for operation and easy for the application of Pro/E,reduced the amount of the work in the design of mold,resulted in raise of the design efficiency,being of great use value.
