PP/PS/煅烧高岭土复合材料的制备及性能研究

摘    要:研究了用硅烷偶联剂KH560改性的煅烧高岭土对聚丙烯/聚苯乙烯(PP/PS)共混材料的结构及性能的影响。实验结果表明:随着改性煅烧高岭土的加入,复合材料的力学性能、热性能得到提高;加入质量分数为10%的煅烧高岭土时,复合材料的冲击强度提高了33.6%,SEM分析表明,煅烧高岭土的加入在一定程度上增加了PP、PS的相容性。

Abstract:In this paper,the calcined-kaolinite was modified by the silane coupling agent KH560;PP/PS/calcined-kaolinite composites were prepared through the melt blending method.The mechanical properties and the structure were studied.The results indicated that the mechanical property and the thermal stability were improved with the increase of content of the modified calcined-kaolinite.The impact strength of the composites was improved by 33.6%,when the mass fraction of the calcined-kaolinite was 10%.The SEM showed ...
