摘    要:在玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯树脂中加入适量的聚丁烯树脂,通过二次元影像量测仪观察该材料的表面浮纤现象。结果表明,聚丁烯能够降低材料的结晶温度,提高树脂体系的流动性,提高树脂对玻璃纤维的包覆,从而改善增强聚丙烯的表面浮纤状况。

Abstract:Glass fiber reinforced polypropylene was blending modified by appropriate amount of polybutylene resin,the fiber floating phenomenon was observed by the results showed that by added polybutylene material,crystallization temperature was reduced,the resin system liquidity was increased,the resin for coating of glass fiber was increased,thus the surface of fiber-reinforced polypropylene was improved.
