POE改性PP/共聚PP汽车保险杠专用料的研究

摘    要:采用聚丙烯(PP)F401为基体树脂,热塑性弹性体POE为增韧剂,共聚PP(EPS30R)作辅助增韧剂,滑石粉作为增强填料,制得性能符合要求的汽车保险杠专用料。研究了POE、共聚PP的用量以及不同目数滑石粉对共混体系性能的影响。结果表明:F401/EPS30R/POE/滑石粉(2500目)质量比为60/20/15/5时,制得的共混料完全满足汽车保险杠专用料的要求。

Abstract:Special material for automobile bumper was prepared with polypropylene (PP) F401 as ma-trix resin, thermoplastic elastomer (POE) as toughening agent, co-PP (EPS30R) as assistant toughening agent, Talc as strengthening filler. The influence of the content of POE, eo-PP and different meshes of Talc on the properties of the compound was studied. Result showed the special material can meet the need of the automobile bumper when the mass radio of F401/EPS3OR/POE/Talc (2 500 mesh) was 60/20/15/5.
