| 摘 要： | 针对生产中出现的PC染色料物性下降严重问题，利用正交实验方法考察了加工条件色母种类及添加量对不同PC染色料性能的影响，得到了较优的加工工艺参数，为实际染色生产提供理论及实践依据。

| Abstract: | To count the serious decrease of the property of dyed PC material during production practice, the effects of processing condition, the type and additive level of color masterbatch on the dyed PC material were studied by means of orthogonal design. Better processing parameters were then obtained from the results of the experiment, which could provide theory and practical basis for dying production practice. |
