摘    要:在铝酸钙水泥结合的普通刚玉-莫来石浇注料中添加质量分数分别为0、1%、3%和5%的Si C粉,研究了SiC粉加入量对刚玉-莫来石浇注料的需水量、显气孔率、烧后线变化率、常温抗折强度、常温耐压强度和高温抗折强度的影响。结果表明:随着Si C粉加入量的增加,刚玉-莫来石浇注料的需水量略有增大,烧后线收缩率减小,烧后试样的显气孔率减小,烧后试样的常温抗折强度、常温耐压强度和高温抗折强度提高。

Abstract:SiC powder with mass fraction of 0,1%,3%and 5%was added into common calcium aluminate cement bonded corundum-mullite castables,respectively.Effect of the SiC powder addition on the water demand,the apparent porosity,the linear change rate on heating,the cold modulus of rupture(CMOR),the cold compressive strength(CCS),and the hot modulus of rupture(HMOR)was studied.The results show that as the addition of SiC powder increases,the water demand of the corundum-mullite castables increases slightly,for the specimens after firing,the linear shrinkage and the apparent porosity decrease,the CMOR,CCS and HMOR increase.
