| 摘 要： | 煅烧温度在１７００℃以上的高温回转窑是生产合成耐火原料的主要装置之一。回转窑要实现高温煅烧，必须具备五个条件：１）承受高温的能力；２）必须有好的燃料；３）一次风要预热到２５０～３５０℃；４）二次风温控制在６００℃以上；５）入窑料要预热到４００℃左右。这样才能生产出优质的合成耐火原料。

| Abstract: | High-temperature(>1700 ) rotary kiln is one of the most important equipments for producing
synthetic refractories.To obtain enough high temperature to produce good quality synthetic
materials,a rotary kiln should meet five conditions:it has high-temperature bearing ability,it uses
excellent fuel,primary air is preheated to 250350 ,secondary air is controlled over 600 ,and
charge material is preheated to 400 . |
