安全仪表系统整改时间的确定

摘    要:安全仪表系统随着使用时间的增长,其要求时失效概率(PFD)会增加,可能导致其安全完整性等级(SIL)降低,不能满足原来的设计要求。本文以国际标准IEC61508中第六部分B2.4的模型为例,采用马尔科夫模型对安全仪表系统进行建模,并用MATLAB仿真要求时失效概率随着时间的变化曲线,详细地给出了确定安全仪表系统整改时间的步骤。

Abstract:The probability of failure on demand(PFD) might increases along with the time accumulated.It might lead that the safety instrumented system couldn't meet the safety integrity level(SIL).Took the model in part 6 of IEC61508 as an example,the safety instrumented system model was built based on Markov model and the variety of PFD were simulated by MATLAB.The method to confirm the rectification time of safety instrumented system was presented.
