基于空分系统工艺流程的节能优化控制

摘    要:空分系统的工艺流程可分为除尘、压缩和冷凝以及精馏,每一部分都有各自的节能控制策略。在除尘过程中,根据空气滤清器的阻力采用变频调速控制,实现对空压机入口参数的优化调节;在预冷过程中,通过调节流量来实现预冷系统的节能控制。通过对各部分的优化控制,最终实现整个系统的节能降耗。

Abstract:The air separation system which consisting of dedusting, compressing, condensation and rectification units has different energy-saving strategies for its components. Basing on the size of air cleaner resistance in dust removing process, the frequency control was taken to have the input parameters optimized; in pre-cooling process, the flow was regulated to have pre-cooling system energy conservation implemented; in this way, saving energy and reducing cost in whole system can be achieved through having each part optimized.
