一种安全仪表系统SIL分配的定量方法

摘    要:阐述安全仪表系统的安全完整性水平(SIL)分配的基本思想和原理,在风险矩阵和风险图方法的基础上,提出一种定量的基于风险后果和频率来进行SIL分配的方法.这种定量方法通用性好,易于移植复用,并且充分、直观地体现出分配安全仪表系统SIL设计目标的基本思想,弥补了风险矩阵和风险图的不足之处.

Abstract:The principle of SIL assignment is explained. Hazard matrix and risk graph presented in IEC61508 are discussed. A quantitative method for SIL assignment is put forward based on risk frequency and consequence. The quantitative method is general and easy to reuse as well as intuitive.
