| Abstract: | Through analyzing energy consumption and energy management model in a large iron and steel com- pany, the energy management system （EMS） was presented, including energy data integration, real-time en- ergy monitoring system, development of energy management software and energy optimal scheduling system, etc. The EMS implementation can improve both energy efficacy and resource utilization. |
