| 摘 要： | 回转窑的控制问题一直是缠绕控制界的难点,针对某厂锌钡白干燥煅烧回转窑生产系统,提出了一种基于"等质量等能量"思想的控制方法。首先简述锌钡白干燥煅烧回转窑的控制难点,然后在参考Arrhenius方程的基础上,建立基于Arrhenius方程的能量式子,并进一步阐述"等质量等能量"控制的实现。实际的控制效果表明,对回转窑的控制具有很大的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Aiming at one of lithopone calcining rotary kiln process systems in some factory,this paper proposes a control method which is based on the equal mass and equal energy idea.Control difficulty of the lithopone calcining rotary kiln is introduced.Referring to Arrhenius Equation,an energy formula which is on the basis of Arrhenius Equation is developed and implementation of equal mass and equal energy control is introduced.The control result indicates that this method is fairly satisfactory. |
