| 摘 要： | 对传统湿法乙炔发生工艺的破碎单元、发生单元、清净单元、渣浆处理单元进行了技术改进，改进后的工艺生产1tPVC电石单耗降至1．40t，工业水单耗降至1．55t，经济和环保效益显著。

| Abstract: | The crushing unit, gcnerating unit, purifying unit and slag slurry processing unit in the production of acctylcnc by traditional wet proccss wcrc modificd technologically. After modifi- cation, thc unit consumption of calcium carbide and industrial water for 1 ton of PVC were reduced to 1.40 and 1.55 tons, rcspcctively, and the economic effects and social cffccts wcrc obvious. |
