油酸改性纳米二氧化锆的研究

摘    要:以水热法自制的纳米氧化锆为原料,用油酸对其进行表面改性。考查了改性温度、油酸用量对改性粉体的分散性的影响。用TEM、SEM对改性粉体进行表征。结果表明,改性后氧化锆从亲水性明显转变为亲油性,在弱极性溶剂中分散效果良好,改性效果明显。

Abstract:The surface modifying of nanometer zirconium oxide prepared by hydrothermal method was carried out with oleic acid. Effects of modifying temperature, oleic acid dosage on the dispersibility of the modified powder were discussed. The powder was characterized by TEM and SEM. The results show that zirconium oxide is turned to hydrophobic nature from hydrophilic nature after modification. The dispersibility of the powder is obviously increased in weak polar solvents.
