用原油乳化降粘剂改进稠油采出液流动性的试验研究

摘    要:针对塔河油田所产稠油粘度、密度大造成井筒举升和地面集输困难的问题,评价了原油乳化降粘剂TXL-1对该油田含水原油的降粘和凝油粘壁抑制效果,确认了投加原油乳化降粘剂TXL-1改善塔河油田稠油采出液流动性的可行性。在含水率为20%和51%的塔河油田稠油采出液中投加1000mg/kg原油乳化降粘剂TXL-1,降粘率可分别达到69.1%和76.6%。

Abstract:Based on difficulty of borehole lifting and surface gathering because of high viscosity and density of viscous oil produced by Tehe oil field,viscosity reduction effect and inhibition effect of condensing oil sticking to the pipe's wall of viscosity reducer TXL-1 on water cut crude oil were evaluated.The test data confirmed feasibility of TXL-1 in the flowability improving of Tahe heavy oil.When dosage of TXL-1 was1 000 mg/kg,viscosity reducing rates of Tahe heavy oils with 20% and 51% water-cuts were 69.1%...
