漆酶预处理高浓度含酚废水的研究

摘    要:采用漆酶对苯酚废水进行预处理,采用控制变量法对苯酚废水进行研究,考察了漆酶的反应pH值、漆酶用量,双氧水的用量以及反应时间等对苯酚降解速率的影响.实验结果表明,漆酶预处理的最佳条件为温度60℃,pH值为7,反应时间为35 min,漆酶用量控制在1.5 mL/100 mL,双氧水用量控制在1 mL/100mL,在此条件下,苯酚的去除率达到85%,废水COD去除率达到53%.

Abstract:Laccase was used to pretreat phenol wastewater,the pretreatment process of phenol wastewater was studied by the control variate method,then effect of pH,laccase dosage,hydrogen peroxide dosage and reaction time on phenol degradation rate was investigated.The results show that the optimum conditions to pretreat phenol wastewater with laccase are as follows:reaction temperature 60 ℃,pH =7,reaction time 35 min,laccase dosage 1.5 mL/100 mL,and hydrogen peroxide dosage 1 mL/100 mL.Under above conditions,removal rate of phenol can be up to 85%,and removal rate of wastewater COD can reach 53%.
