纳米CuO的制备及其表面改性

摘    要:以氯化铜和碳酸钠为原料,采用直接沉淀法制备纳米CuO.分析了超声振荡时间、反应物浓度和反应物配比对纳米CuO在水溶液中分散性的影响,得到制备纳米CuO的最佳反应条件.选用两种典型类型表面活性剂对纳米CuO进行表面改性, 通过沉降实验,观察了其对纳米CuO在水溶液分散体系中悬浮稳定性的影响,筛选出适宜的表面活性剂.

Abstract:Nanometer CuO was prepared by direct precipitation method with copper chloride and sodium carbonate decahydrate as raw materials.The effects of ultrasonication time,concentration and the ratio of reactants on the dispersion properties of nanoparticles CuO in water were analyzed and the best reaction conditions for preparing nanophase CuO were obtained.The surface modification of nanometer CuO were obtained with two kinds of typical surfactants.The influence of different surfactant on the suspending stability of dispersive system of nanometer CuO was investigated through sedimentation experiment and suitable surfactant were studied.
