界面聚合PANI掺杂工艺的研究

摘    要:采用界面聚合法制备聚苯胺(PANI),通过正交设计重点考察过硫酸铵滴加完毕后搅拌时间、搅拌速度、HCl的掺杂时间和后期干燥时间4个因素对PANI掺杂程度和表面电阻的影响.结果表明4个因素对PANI表面电阻具有较大影响,其中搅拌时间影响最为显著,其次是干燥时间、HCI的掺杂时间,搅拌速度影响最小.在150r/min低速搅...

Abstract:The polyaniline(PANI) was prepared by interfacial polymerization method.The influence of four factors such as stirring time after dropping off ammonium persulfate(APS),stirring speed,HCl doping time and later drying time on PANI doping degree and surface resistance was mainly investigated by using orthogonal design.The results show that they all can remarkably influence on PANI surface resistance.The influence of the stirring time is the most significant among them,followed by drying time and HCl doping tim...
