摘    要:对Fe/C/H2O2混凝法预处理N-甲基对硝基苯胺(MNA)生产废水进行了实验研究。考察了水样初始pH值、反应时间、H2O2浓度、Fe投加量、催化剂投加量和絮凝剂种类等因素对废水处理的影响。结果表明:在最佳工艺条件下,废水的色度去除率接近95%,CODCr去除率接近45%。

Abstract:Pretreatment of wastewater in N-Methyl-p-Nitroaniline(MNA) production by the system of Fe/C/H2O2 coagulation was studied. The influence of the initial pH value of the wastewater, reaction time, concentration of hydrogen peroxide, the mass of Fe, the mass of catalyst, the selection of flocculating agent, etc on the treatment of wastewater was investigated. The experimental results show that under the optimum process conditions the removal ratios of chromaticity and CODCr approach 95% and 45% respectively for the wastewater.
