| 摘 要： | 随着硝酸酯增塑剂在火炸药领域广泛应用,其自动化工艺也得到快速发展。针对硝酸酯制备中的微反应器技术、自动运输技术等自动化技术进行了叙述,认为微反应器适合用于硝化等强放热反应,自动运输技术对工艺安全性有较大提高,并对其存在的问题和发展提出了建议。

| Abstract: | With the wide applications of the nitrate ester plasticizers in propellants and explosives,their automatic techniques are developed rapidly.The automatic techniques including microreactor technique,automatic transportation technique,and so on in preparation of nitrate esters are described.It is considered that the microreactor is suitable to the strong exothermic reaction such as nitration,and the automatic transportation technique can improve the process security.And the suggestions about existing problems and developments of the automatic techniques are given out. |
