| 摘 要： | 介绍在大回路、没有切断阀等有效隔离措施的情况下，为确保施工安全及加快检修进度，采取一次通过氮气置换和建立水封的方法，对合成塔出口气／循环水换热器密封板泄漏进行检修，缩短了合成回路的检修时间。

| Abstract: | In order to assure safe construction and accelerate repair procedure without effective isolation measures, such as large loop and without trip valve, this article presented a detailed repair method, i.e., one-pass nitrogen displacement and establishing water seal, to repair the seal plate of converter exit gas/circulating water heat exchanger, which shortened the repair time of the synthesis loop. |
