| 摘 要： | 教育如何培养创新人才,是新时期的紧迫任务。在已有的理论研究基础上,探寻实践情境中创新人才培养的现实状况和已有问题,提出优化创新人才教育环境、改进教学内容和培养方式,健全创新人才评价机制等一系列措施,以确保创建良好的创新人才氛围。

| Abstract: | How to cultivate innovative human resource in higher vocational colleges is the urgent task in the new period. On the basis of theoretical research, reality and problems in cultivating innovative human resource are explored, and the higher vocational talents education environment optimization, the improvement of teaching content and training mode, as well as a series of measures to improve the innovative human resource evaluation mechanism are put forward, thereby to create a good atmosphere for innovative human resource cultivation. |
