| 摘 要： | 分析了燕子山选煤厂介质消耗居高不下的各种原因 ,从培训岗位工及工程技术人员、加强磁铁矿的选择和管理、对选煤工艺和设备进行技术改造等方面探讨了降低介质消耗的有效方法和措施 ,并取得了明显的效果 ,一年来 ,入洗吨煤介质消耗下降了 2 0 2kg ,选煤厂获得了显著的经济效益

| Abstract: | Various reasons of consistently high medium consumption at Yanzishan Coal Preparation Plant analyzed;effective methods and measures searched for reduction of medium consumption as technical personnel training,selection and enforced management of magnetite,and conversion of cleaning process and equipment;remarkable achievement attained after one year operation that medium consumption reduced down to 2.02 kg/t,giving rise good economic benefit. |
