Co-Mo-K/Al_2O_3系耐硫变换催化剂硫化过程的研究

摘    要:以工厂实用的加有CS2的半水煤气为硫化气源,采用TG、DTA、SEM、EDS、XRD等表征技术,对Co-Mo-K/Al2O3系耐硫变换催化剂的各个组份及其组合试样进行了恒温硫化及程序升温硫化实验研究。全面考察了温度对硫化过程的影响.比较了不同活性组份的硫化行为,探讨了各组份在硫化过程中的作用。

Abstract:The dry semiwater gas with addition of carbon disulfide, which is practically used in industry, was used as gas supply for sulfiding experiments. By means of TG, DTA, SEM+WDX, SEM+EDX and XRD techniques, isothermal and temperature programmed sulfiding experiments of sulfur resistant shift catalyst Co-Mo-K/Al2O3, its different components and their combinations (y-Al2O3, MoO3, Co3O4, MoO3/Al2O3, CoO/Al2O3, K2CO3/Al2O3, Co-Mo/Al2O3, CO-K/Al2O3 and Mo-K/Al2O3) were carried out. Effect of temperature on the sulfiding process were investigated. Sulfiding performance of different components were compared. The roles of different components in the sulfiding process were discussed.
