无铬CO高温变换催化剂的开发和应用研究

摘    要:以氧化铝为载体,采用浸渍法制备工业小试用无铬CO高温变换催化剂,研究了催化剂的还原条件对催化剂活性和耐热等性能进行了表征。工艺条件对催化剂性能影响的研究结果表明,当还原最高温度为400 ℃时,催化剂活性最佳,还原过程汽/气对催化剂活性影响不大,且随汽/气的增大而提高。此外,空速对催化性能影响不大。

Abstract:Chromium-free CO high-temperature shift catalysts were prepared by impregnation using activated γ-Al2O3 as the carrier. The influences of different preparation and reduction conditions were investigated. The activity and thermal stability of the catalysts were characterized. The results showed that optimum activity was attained at reduction temperature of up to 400 ℃. Steam/gas ratio and space velocity had little influence on activity of the catalysts.
