氨合成催化剂浸锰研究

摘    要:本文以简单易行的方法, 在熔铁催化剂中加入活性组分锰, 使催化剂活性有明显提高。初步探讨了浸渍液浓度和K+/Mn2+,摩尔比对催化剂活性的影响, 并对催化剂作了X-射线衍射分析。

Abstract:A porous support was obtained from spherical fused iron catalyst after its potassium ions were dissolved out by water. impregnation of a mixture of Mn(Ac)2 and KNO3 on the dried porous support gives a catalyst with higher activity for ammonia synthesis. New phases of the catalyst were characterized by XRD. Influence of concentration of the impregnating solution and K+/Mn'+ mole ration the activity were also discussed.
