| 摘 要： | 介绍离心机的工作原理,从离心机的进料量、喷嘴、转速、稀碱加入量、溶剂加入量、沉淀剂温度等方面,分析了氧化单元离心机分离效果的影响因素,并提出相应措施,进而对系统进行简单优化处理。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the working principle of the centrifuge,and analyzes the factors influencing the separation effect of the oxidation unit centrifuge from the aspects of the feed quantity,the nozzle,the rotating speed,the addition quantity of dilute Alkali,the addition quantity of solvent and the temperature of precipitant,etc.,the corresponding measures are put forward to optimize the system. |
