摘    要:利用高效液相色谱仪(HPLC),对第三组分SIPE配制液的转化率进行测定,提出了工艺条件和生产控制的改进建议。试验表明,升温曲线控制对转化率的影响较大,必须规范和统一。配制初期加入的EG/SIPM量比不需控制得太高。各种添加剂以转化率控制值为目标并结合改性聚酯切片中DEG含量,宜低不宜高。在对配制液进行常规项目检测的基础上,定期进行转化率的测定。

Abstract:The conversion rate of the third monomer SIPE solution was measured by the high performance liquid chromatograph(HPLC).The improvement suggestions of the process conditions and production control were put forward.It was revealed by the experiment that the heating curve control affected the conversion rate largely,therefore it must be standardized and unified.It is not necessary to set the EG/SIPM molar ratio very high at the beginning of the preparation.The amount of the different additives is preferably to be lower than higher with the target of conversion rate control value,and also considered the DEG content in the polyester chips.In addition to the routine item measurement of the preparation solution,it is necessary to have regular measurement on the conversion rate.
