摘    要:介绍了微机防误闭锁装置结构及工作流程.通过与传统防误技术的比较并结合化工企业误操作事故案例,提出了采用微机加“五防”逻辑加电脑钥匙加编码锁具的防误操作模式,以彻底消除传统防误装置闭锁不全、操作复杂、安装繁琐、可靠性低的缺点.大大提高化工企业供电的安全可靠性。

Abstract:This paper introduced the structure and working process of microcomputer anti-misoperation lockout device,and proposed the anti-misoperation molding which combining the microcomputer with "five prevention" logic,computer keys and code locking through comparing with the traditional anti-misoperation technology and combining with chemical enterprise misoperation accident case,which completely eliminated the shortcomings in traditional anti-misoperation lockout device including lockout insufficiency,complex operation,complicated installation and low reliability and so on,greatly enhanced the safety and reliability of power supply in chemical enterprises.
