水性潮固化聚氨酯树脂的合成和应用研究

阐述了一类水性潮固化聚氨酯树脂合成和应用。该树脂用作底漆时,具有优异的封闭效果,可有效解决水性木器涂料因变色物质上浮而变黄的问题;应用到面漆时,该树脂具有良好的物理和化学性能。针对水性木器涂料变黄的原因,本文对水性潮固化树脂的作用机理进行了分析,并且对其封闭性、适用期、水分散性进行了探讨。结果表明,水性潮固化树脂是具多方面性能的新型水性涂料用树脂,具有较大的实用价值,并为水性涂料的发展开创了崭新的前景。

Study on the Synthesis and Use of Water-borne PU Resin of Moisture Curing

This paper narrates the synthesis and use of water-borne moisture curing PU resin. Used in primer, the resin is of perfect sealing effect and can solve the problem of yellowing of water-borne wooden-ware coatings caused by the floating of discoloring substance; used in topcoat, the resin is of good physical and chemical performances. About the yellowing of water-borne wooden- ware coatings, this paper analyzes the mechanism of moisture curing, and discusses the sealing performance, pot life and water dispersion. It is showed that the water-borne moisture curing PU resin is of big practical value because of the multi-performances and is a new type of resin used in water-borne coatings.
