水性膨胀型防火涂料的制备与讨论

摘    要:利用正交设计法,制定一个3因素2位级的L4(23)正交表,确定乳液和钛白粉的加量;又利用正交设计法,制定一个4因素3位级的L9(34)正交表,确定功能性填料的加量,最终确定了水性膨胀型防火涂料的最佳配方,通过自制耐火性能检测装置和马弗炉试验考察其耐火性能,并在最后讨论了乳液、功能性填料、助剂的选择。

Abstract:By the method of orthogonal design in the experiments, a L4 (23) orthogonal table with 3 factors and 2 levels is established, and the amounts of emulsion and titanium dioxide are determined. Then, also through orthogonal design method, a L9 (34) orthogonal table with 4 factors and 3 levels is established to determine the amount of functional filler and the optimum formula of water-borne intumescent fire-retardant coatings. This paper examines the fire-resistant property by self-made fireresistant performance detecting device and muffle furnace experiment; and discusses the selection of emulsion, functional filler and additives.
