水性聚氨酯-有机硅共聚物的制备与性能

摘    要:以聚醚二元醇(GE2000)为软段,环氧树脂(E-20)为部分硬段,制备出有机硅交联改性的聚氨酯乳液,探讨了有机硅含量对乳液性能的影响。结果表明,随着有机硅含量增大,乳液黏度、分子量增大,胶膜耐水(溶剂)性、机械性能、疏水性增强。FTIR分析证实有机硅键合到聚氨酯结构中。SEM分析表明,有机硅改性聚氨酯胶膜结构致密。DSC与DMA分析表明,有机硅改性聚氨酯软硬段之间存在一定程度的微相分离,有机硅含量的增加提高了其耐热性能。

Abstract:With polyether glycol(GE2000) as soft segment and epoxy resin(E-20) as some hard segment,organosilicon modified PU latex is prepared.This paper discusses the influence of organosilicon content on performance of the latex,showing that the increase of organosilicon content can improve the viscosity of the latex,molecular weight,water resistance of film,mechanical property and hydrophobic property.FIIR test shows that the organosilicon has been bonded to the structure of PU;and SEM analysis shows that film of organosilicon modif ied PU latex is of dense structure;DSC and DMA analysis shows that micro-phase separation exists among the soft segments of organosilicon modified PU,and the increase of organosilicon content can improve the thermal property.
